Alongside your estate plan
Your will says what you leave. Your words say who you were.
An estate plan takes care of property and practical matters. ToldForward keeps the part no document can: your stories, values and reasons, in your own words, for the people you choose.
Your people, your instructions
You name the people who will receive your record, and a trustee who will let us know of your passing. Your choices stay with your record, and you can update them at any time.
A model clause for your will or trust
We offer a short model clause you can take to your own attorney, so your executor knows your wishes for your record. It is not legal advice, and your attorney can tell you how it fits your plan.
Handled with care
When your trustee lets us know of your passing, we review the official documentation, and a waiting period of at least 6 months follows before anything is shared. Nothing happens automatically.
Plan with your heart, not only on paper.
The people you love will be grateful for a clear plan, and they will treasure hearing from you in your own words.
