Act for someone as their agent or guardian

If you hold a power of attorney for a ToldForward member, or a court appointed you their guardian, you can handle the administrative side of their account: billing, cancelling, their contact details, and a copy of their record where the law requires it. You can never read or write their record, or change who receives it, their trustee, their agreement or their deed of gift.

Send us the document and certify it below. Our staff review it, and only after we approve it do you get a login of your own. We tell the member privately, and they can object.
